Dakis Technologies LTD. ("we", "us", "our") operates Dakis Sites, the website builder platform available at dakis.tech. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email address, password) and when building your website (text, images, business details). We also collect basic usage data (pages visited, actions taken) to improve the product.

We use your data to provide and improve the Dakis service, send transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets, receipts), and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data to third parties.

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can manage cookie preferences via the banner shown on your first visit.

Your data is stored on servers within the European Union. Images you upload are stored on Cloudflare R2 infrastructure. We retain your data for as long as your account is active, and for up to 90 days after deletion for backup purposes.

We use Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional email, and Neon for database hosting. Each has its own privacy policy governing their use of data.
