Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Dakis Sites, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Dakis Technologies LTD. ("Dakis", "we", "us") operates Dakis Sites, a website builder platform that lets you create and publish websites for your business. We offer Standard (free) and Pro plans with different features and page limits as described on our pricing page.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. One account may manage one brand (website). You must not share your account with others.

You may not use Dakis to publish illegal content, spam, phishing material, or content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Pro plans are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create on Dakis. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to host, display, and deliver your content to visitors of your website.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your published website will be taken offline.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dakis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Athens, Greece.
